Jungshea Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to delivery addresses within the United States. Orders are fulfilled from the United States.

Shipping rates
Standard shipping is free for U.S. orders of $50 or more after discounts and before taxes. For orders below $50, the available shipping rate is shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery
Orders are processed on business days. Estimated delivery timing is shown at checkout when available and begins after the order has been processed. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, severe weather, or unusually high order volume.

Tracking
When tracking is available, we will send it to the email address used at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to update the tracking record.

Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact info@jungshea.com as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Missing, damaged, or incorrect orders
If tracking shows a delivery issue, or if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@jungshea.com with your order number and relevant photos. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate next step.
